With December approaching, we’re planning festive lunches and dinners at Sassoscritto for businesses, friends and families. We’ve put together two menu options, one seafood and one meat-based, featuring the flavours of Livorno’s traditions and the season. Naturally, we can tailor them to suit your needs.

Autumn crostone with soft cheese, pumpkin cream, button mushrooms, onions and smoked marlin;


Tuna tonnato: red tuna tataki with tuna sauce, celery, radishes, fried capers, onion and olive powder;


Potato purée with seared baby squid, celery, carrot, beans and cavolo nero crisps;

Fish cannelloni with ragù of cacciucco-style musky octopus;


Pumpkin risotto with red prawn, burrata and prawn bisque
